Quality Control
We believe quality control should be a total team effort. Quality is a built-in feature at American Precision Spring from design through the finished product. Every step of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored. Tolerances and specifications are inspected utilizing the most advanced equipment available today. Our QA program is designed to fulfill the demands of the MIL-I-45208A Spec and is available for review and evaluation upon request.
Manufacturing
American Precision Spring specializes in the forming, blanking and assembly of products from an entire range of materials in either prototypes or production quantities. Utilizing the latest manufacturing methods, we can produce precision parts and assemblies to meet the highest standards from many materials, including Beryllium Copper, Phosphorous Bronze, and stainless steel. Wire forms and torsion springs can be produced in a variety of shapes and sizes to meet any configuration.
Four-Slide & Punch Press Tooling
In conjunction with our Engineering and Tooling departments, we design and build dies and form tools for our automatic machines. American Precision Spring can produce a wide range of Flat Springs, Sheet Metal Parts, Leaf Springs, Battery Contacts, Metal Stamping, Wire Forms, Assemblies, and Much More.
